Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Coaching & Custom Digital Content

All coaching sessions and custom digital content (including personalized plans, programs, or materials) are non-refundable once delivered or initiated. Due to the time, preparation, and creative work involved, we are unable to offer refunds for services that have already begun or been completed.

Coaching Sessions & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be forfeited without refund.

Group Programs & Destination Adventures
Payments for group programs (including destination adventures) are non-refundable. Your registration secures your spot and often includes access to digital resources or community support that cannot be returned. No partial refunds are offered for missed sessions or early withdrawal. If you experience an emergency, please reach out — we may offer a credit or transfer at our discretion.

Installment Plans
If you are on an installment plan, you are committing to the full program cost. Installment payments are not subscription-based and cannot be canceled mid-program. Failure to make payments may result in removal from the program and suspension of access to services or content until payment is resolved.

Early Termination
If you choose to end coaching or a program early, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions or materials. In rare circumstances (e.g., serious medical or personal emergencies), we may consider issuing a partial credit toward future services, at our discretion.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same service.
  • A technical issue on our end prevented delivery of your service or content.
  • The service delivered was not what was agreed upon, and we are unable to resolve it after reasonable attempts.

All refund or dispute requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue.

By purchasing a coaching service, enrolling in a group program, or ordering custom digital content, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
